Sole2Soul for MPN: Hiking for Awareness and a Cure
This summer, MPN Research Foundation teamed up with Sole2Soul for MPN – an innovative collaboration of the CURE Media Group, the MPN Research Foundation, and the Canadian MPN Research Foundation – to empower those who are closely impacted by MPN blood cancers. This program was created to challenge adventurers while raising funds to fuel change for those who face MPNs .
On August 3rd a team of MPN patients, caregivers, friends and advocates from across the U.S. and Canada will meet at Waterton Lakes National Park for an enduring adventure which includes three treks of 7-10 miles each through the rugged, magnificent landscape of southern Alberta Canada bordering Montana’s Glacier National Park. The trip will culminate in a grand finale climb within the Canadian Rockies at which point trekkers will have traversed nearly 30 miles over the three days.
