Determination of the role of altered epigenetic regulation of megakaryocytes in the pathogenesis of myelofibrosis

Brief Description 

Following up on her 2012 MF Challenge grant, this project will identify the role of a specific gene, CHD4, in the development of fibrosis in the bone marrow. This could lead to a way to alter the development of fibrosis sooner.
