This fall, the MPN Research Foundation will be hosting an educational symposium in its hometown of Chicago. The event will feature several of the top names in treatment and research, as well as the Chicago MPN Roundtable, a group of doctors from Chicago's major medical institutions who have joined together in an effort to make the city a top destination for the blood cancers polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis patients seeking treatment and support.

Registration Fee: 1 Attendee $75; 2 Attendees $125 ($62.50 / person); 3 Attendees $175 ($58.33 / person). This includes a continental breakfast, lunch and two snacks.

If you would like to make an additional tax-deductible contribution above the ticket price, we have three levels available: Gold ($1,000), Silver ($500) and Bronze ($250).

Polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis patients and their families who attend this symposium will learn the latest research developments and treatment practices from a panel of distinguished MPN researchers and physicians. They will learn about the support and care options for these rare blood cancers.
