Anna A. Mancuso, 75 of Fort Lauderdale, FL died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 after a long hard battle with Myelofibrosis. She was born to the late Harvey and Sara Straus, June 23, 1938 in Reading, Pa. She was married to Joseph Mancuso and they lived together in Fort Lauderdale, Florida until her passing. Anna is survived by her husband, Joseph Mancuso of Fort Lauderdale, FL, her loving daughter Dione (Dr. Richard) Meli of Fort Lauderdale, FL ,Two stepsons Timothy (DeeDee) of Golden, CO and Robert Mancuso of Boston, MA . Six grandchildren Thomas and Richard Meli of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Joseph and Dominic Mancuso of Golden ,Co , Katie Mancuso Chicago, Ill and Mason Mancuso of Boston, Ma. She also leaves two sisters Janet Reinert and Dorothy Mease both of Reading, PA. Anna will be remembered for being a warm, gentle, kind and loving woman. She was so beautiful on the outside with a heart made of gold.
A viewing has been scheduled on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00 with a wake service at 7:00pm. Viewing will be held at Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home, 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. Catholic Funeral Mass will be Held, Monday, March 24, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Coleman Catholic Church, 1200 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
