Immunologic Targeting of Calreticulin Gene Mutations in MPN
CALR Mutation; Immunotherapy
This project should be of interest for those patients who have the CALR mutation (ET and MF patients). Because the CALR is found close to the surface of the myeloid cell, it may be easier to target. This project is hoping to target a specific amino acid where the CALR mutation is located with antibodies or develop a vaccine from that amino acid to use as an immunization.
